NETWORKS DIVISION
Our
Media Networks segment is the principal operator of our two specially designed
Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) networks. It also serves as the
primary audio and video production arm of our company and will produce “rich
media content” for television, radio, and the Internet. Revenue will be
derived from a combination of advertising, direct response programming, and
subscriber fees paid by distributors. Our channels will be offered on both a
“stream” basis and as video on demand (VOD).
